On 6th January 2023, Meadowgreen Health Centre moved to a total triage system with Accurx. Six months on, staff and patients are happier, DNAs are down and Meadowgreen are receiving glowing reviews from public bodies. We caught up with Practice Manager Joanne Johnson to get the full story.

In 2020, Clinical Director of SHAPE Primary Care Network Dr Bharan Kumar started using Accurx’s patient questionnaires and batch messaging to improve hypertension outcomes. We recently caught up with Bharan to hear how Accurx has helped his team to control blood pressure readings by 19% and cut the time spent contacting hypertension patients by 75%.

We are pleased to share that Accurx has acquired Induction Switch, the most widely-adopted healthcare communications app in NHS hospitals.
